| I had a small incidence with my cell phone a couple of days ago. It involved my new friend Tara, he kids, and a bowl of soup in a wave drenching my phone.

| Well, I'm back in Chicago and normal activities have fallen in place again. My schedule isn't bad at all if i do say so myself. I never have class before 11:40am. That's the way to make a schedule friends!
Can I say how incredibly refreshing it is to have my bestest friend Meredith Lusher back here?! She's like a breath of fresh air around this campus. She is just what the doctor ordered.
I miss my mom like crazy though. Too bad I could have Rob, Lush, and my mom in one place at one time. That'd be perfect. |

| I am sitting desk in Anderson at 5am. It's very un-entertaining. Nothing ever happens during this shift...which I will count as a blessing. Thank God for the fact that everyone is sleeping but me and RD Lisa (she's wandering around doing laundry...why? no one knows!)
- I went for 24 hours without smoking yesterday because I lost my tobacco and didn't have time to go to the gas station until 530PM.
- Bra days at my apartment are fun.
- True friends will bundle up with you and walk to the gas station with you when it's freezing outside and you are desperately in need of nicotine.
- Nyquil is the only way to sleep when you have whatever it is that I have.
- After age 30ish your body begins breaking down and it's all downhill after that.
- BUT your mind gets sharper!
- Washington Mutual is the best bank in the world because they are easily bullied into doing whatever you want....such as clearing my overdraft charges when my mom told them to.
- I am in love. You may know him. He's perfect for me and he loves me too.
- Super Nintendo was the best thing to ever happen to me. Especially Donkey Kong Country.
- Kanye West is amazing. It's true. He never let's me down.
- Don't expect people to have your back just because you have theirs...chances are you are S.O.L. People aren't that friendly. I believe it was Rob who said, "I am suddenly beginning to lose faith in mankind."

| I've really been thinking alot about the ways in which God tends to work in my life. I've been considering how often God tries to get my attention when I'm too busy with my own life to hear him. You know what is interesting to me in that? The fact that God never stops trying to get me to hear him even when I ignore everything he tells me. And He's always right, even when I don't give him credit. And no matter how good I am at multitasking or at taking care of responsibilities, I am never going to be as good as God is at those things. And no matter how badly I screw things up, He's there and he still loves me. |
